NCB Bhubaneswar unit is at the fore front in providing technical services to cement, concrete and construction industry. Strategic goal of the unit is to contribute in developing durable and sustainable civil infrastructure and to cater the technical needs of cement industries in the state of Odisha & eastern region. Unit provides technological support to the cement, concrete & construction industry and to the society through direct support to various projects of national importance, like buildings, roads, bridges, dams, thermal power plants and other structures. The technical consultancy services are offered to the industry through various programme/ service groups namely Concrete Technology; Structural Assessment and Rehabilitation; Structural Optimization & Design, Construction Technology and Management and Independent testing laboratories.
